Data Science Engineer - AI responsible for designing and developing advanced AI/ML solutions for complex business problems.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models (e.g., regression, classification, ensemble methods).
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ML workflows across modern data platforms.
• Implement end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to deployment.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy data models, feature pipelines, and scoring systems.
• Integrate model outputs with business context to deliver actionable outcomes with stakeholders.
• Develop standards, reusable templates, and best practices for model development and evaluation.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.

What you'll need

• Typically 5–10 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or software engineering roles.
• Four-year/graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Machine Learning (Supervised & Unsupervised).
• Experience with Feature Engineering & Model Optimization.
• Experience with Model Evaluation metrics (Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1 Score, ROC-AUC).
• Programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Knowledge of Distributed Computing (e.g., PySpark or similar).
