Deal Desk Analyst

Overview

Support the end-to-end deal lifecycle for global Sales, from pricing and quote creation through contract execution, while helping improve scalable Deal Desk processes.

What you'll do

• Deliver quote-to-signature support, including quote creation and pricing approvals.
• Generate order forms and close opportunities accurately in Salesforce.
• Manage quote queues and approval workflows.
• Resolve deal blockers and support month- and quarter-end activity.
• Provide pricing, product, and analytical support for complex deals.
• Administer CPQ and CLM platforms and maintain price books and legal workflows.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to streamline deal execution.

What you'll need

• 2–3 years of Deal Desk experience in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong business acumen and analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience partnering with go-to-market and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and internal customer focus.
• Understanding of quote-to-cash processes and sales contracts.
• Ability to identify risks in deal terms and structures.
• Availability to travel for quarterly QBRs.

Nice to have

• Administrative experience with CPQ and CLM tools.
• Understanding of AWS, GCP, and Azure marketplace offerings.

Details

• Remote in the United States.
• Must be located in the EST or CST time zone.
• Base salary of $85,000–$100,000 plus bonus.
