Deputy Area Manager (Tire Building)

Overview

Deputy Area Manager (Tire Building) responsible for shift-based production, quality, ESH controls, and people management within the tire building area.

What you'll do

• Monitor and fulfill production KPIs.
• Manage production activities across machines, equipment, and materials.
• Support external and internal audits and implement improvement plans.
• Issue ESH work instructions/procedures and ensure implementation with controls.
• Ensure ESH training and communication of responsibilities.
• Coordinate shift management and team communication on the shopfloor.
• Follow up quality KPIs and drive corrective and improvement actions.

What you'll need

• More than 5 years of experience in Production/Quality/Planning or manufacturing management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Process/Engineering/Manufacturing/Science or related fields.
• Experience managing several teams up to 150 people in a shift system.
• Prefer 24/7 shift experience.
• Project management experience desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Power BI).
• Good command of English.
