Overview

Design Implementation Synthesis Engineer role focused on planning, designing, verifying, and testing electronic systems and supporting hardware bring-up and integration.

What you'll do

• Apply hardware knowledge to plan, optimize, verify, and test electronic systems and related components.
• Support integration of features and functionality into hardware designs aligned to proposals or roadmaps.
• Assist with simulations, analyses, and implementation of designs to achieve power, performance, and area goals.
• Collaborate to implement new requirements and incorporate test solutions to improve yield, test time, and quality.
• Assist in evaluating and characterizing manufacturing solutions and in bringing up products to meet expectations and schedules.
• Assist in evaluating reliability of materials and techniques and in driving innovation, automation, and optimization for productivity.
• Write technical documentation for hardware projects.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience with circuit design (digital, analog, RF examples).
• 1+ year of experience using schematic capture and circuit simulation software.
• 1+ year of experience with hardware design and measurement instruments (e.g., oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, RF tools).
• Works under supervision.
