Product Engineer - Software Reliability

Overview

Product Engineer - Software Reliability helps ensure the ArcGIS Enterprise product is reliable, highly available, and supports disaster recovery.

What you'll do

• Gather software reliability and availability requirements from users and Esri staff.
• Collaborate across teams to influence decisions related to reliability features and requirements.
• Create test plans, automate tests, evaluate results, and ensure defects are addressed.
• Communicate with users via written documentation and presentations.

What you'll need

• 2–6 years of experience in roles with operational responsibilities (e.g., monitoring, maintaining, deploying enterprise software).
• Experience in software testing.
• Fundamental understanding of web services such as REST.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills in a complex backend-server stack.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science/applications, math, GIS, geography, or a related field.
• Existing work authorization for India.
