What you'll do

• Define and deploy product quality targets based on customer, market, and application requirements.
• Create qualification strategy and plan covering cost, time, and resources.
• Perform technical risk management using method and product expertise.
• Conduct product qualification and drive failure analysis for device test failures.
• Ensure quality criteria are met with focus on value add for customers.
• Decide on product and production deviations and risk management for volume production.
• Collaborate with internal functions for all quality management aspects.

What you'll need

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or comparable.
• At least 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering/Reliability Engineering/Quality Management or technical R&D/engineering/application work.
• Ideally 3+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
• Technical understanding of semiconductor product structure, function, manufacturing, and/or application.
• Background in wide bandgap semiconductor technologies, ideally GaN HEMT devices/technology.
• Knowledge of reliability tests and methods plus failure analysis.
• Basic knowledge of quality methods such as FMEA and/or 8D; JEDEC/AECQ as a plus.
