Overview
Head Talent Acquisition and Talent Attraction for Bosch Limited, responsible for end-to-end recruitment through onboarding for RBIN and for building hiring and attraction strategies.
What you'll do
- Oversee recruitment processes and manage workload across Talent Acquisition Managers, RPO, and vendors to improve hiring outcomes.
- Lead end-to-end search through onboarding of new talent for RBIN.
- Develop and run ecosystem development, including hiring manager coaching across RBIN touchpoints.
- Establish and monitor recruiting processes, manage expectations of hiring managers and candidates, and drive KPI-based excellence in business impact and candidate experience.
- Formulate onboarding processes and engagement strategies to improve new joiner experience, engagement, and retention.
- Mentor and develop a team across India, including TA managers, RPO, and partners such as academia.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation by coordinating with RBIN ER & legal teams.
- Monitor recruiting platforms using data-driven approaches, meeting hiring goals and diversity recruitment objectives.
What you'll need
- Postgraduate qualification with specialization in HR (MBA/PGPM/PGDM).
- 12-15 years of deep HR professional know-how and overall experience.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Experience working in a technology/manufacturing/engineering organization.
- Proficient knowledge of current HR trends and Talent Acquisition practices and market (lateral and academia).
- Competent knowledge of pipeline hiring and talent attraction via outreach through identified social media platforms.
