Talent Scout role supporting international business hiring by sourcing, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates.
What you'll do
- Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline with diverse and inclusive sourcing practices.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role-specific details.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Implement sourcing strategies aligned to candidate availability for different roles.
- Track sourcing metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.
- Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams throughout recruitment.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment.
- 3+ years of experience in international hiring for EMEA/EU/US region.
- Master’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships.
- Proficiency in recruitment software, including applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
