Overview

Recruiter role focused on sourcing, engaging, and hiring talent while managing the full recruiting journey.

What you'll do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and build sourcing strategies.
• Discover and engage candidates using creative sourcing channels.
• Champion diversity by cultivating inclusive talent pools for searches.
• Guide candidates through a positive hiring experience from first contact to offer.
• Drive the recruiting process forward in a timely, cost-effective, high-quality manner.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two or more years of recruiting experience, or a combination of related sales/marketing/HR experience.
• Working knowledge of talent acquisition from sourcing to selecting applicants.
• Project management skills to keep multiple searches on track.
• Confidence using data, trends, and metrics to inform hiring decisions.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.

• Location: Chennai, India.
• Works from a U.S. Bank location five (5) days per week.
