HR Intern

Overview

HR Intern focused on talent acquisition, supporting the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and serving as a link between hiring teams and candidates.

What you'll do

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle for open roles.
• Source, screen, and place 100–150 outbound calls daily to candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal hiring teams.
• Manage candidate follow-ups and collect feedback to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, candidate statuses, and interview schedules.

What you'll need

• Fresher experience level (0–1 year).
• Excellent verbal communication with a confident, professional phone presence.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail for interview coordination.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume calling environment.
• Preferred (not mandatory): prior HR, recruitment, or customer-facing experience.

Details

• Location: Koramangala, Bangalore.
• Working days: 6 days/week with 1 rotational weekly off.
• Shift timings: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM (standard office hours).
• Contract duration: 3 months.
