HR & Recruitment Executive

About the role

We’re looking for a motivated HR Executive to join our Surat office at ICC Building, Ring Road. This is a hands-on role focused on recruitment support, onboarding, HR documentation, and day-to-day employee coordination within a growing team.

What you'll do

• Support recruitment by sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates through the hiring process
• Handle onboarding tasks and ensure smooth joining formalities for new hires
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and update employee records as needed
• Coordinate joining and exit formalities in line with internal processes
• Assist with employee support and training coordination to help day-to-day HR operations run smoothly

What we're looking for

• A graduate degree is mandatory for this role
• Female candidates only, as mentioned for this position
• Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of HR experience are welcome to apply
• Comfortable working from the Surat office, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to HR operations
• Basic familiarity with recruitment workflows and employee coordination
