HR Apprentice

Overview

HR Apprentice role supporting the HR Business Partner on day-to-day HR initiatives, employee engagement, learning and development, employee lifecycle processes, and HR reporting.

What you'll do

• Partner with the HRBP on day-to-day HR initiatives and projects
• Support employee engagement and employee communication activities
• Coordinate learning and development programs
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
• Maintain HR data, reports, and trackers
• Prepare presentations, reports, and basic HR dashboards
• Coordinate employee communications and event logistics

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related fields
• Experience in HR Business Partnering or HR Generalist
• Good communication
• MS Excel
• Data visualization and insights
• HR operations support
• Coordination and planning
• Data-driven mindset

Nice to have

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
