Digital Operations, Associate Tester- CRG

Overview

Digital Operations Associate Tester responsible for testing decentralized platforms and applications and supporting reliable, high-quality digital solutions.

What you'll do

• Review technical requirements and analyze testing approach and deployment content.
• Attend design meetings to understand technology requirements for testing solutions.
• Lead test planning, documentation, execution, error reporting, analysis, and verification.
• Collaborate with Digital and business test groups for quality and acceptance testing.
• Perform regression testing per control guidelines.
• Support business applications and end user training and documentation.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification.
• 2-5 years of relevant technology testing experience.
• Working knowledge of JIRA and SDLC.
• System testing experience with digital technology including eCOA (preferred).
• Ability to write test documentation (including script writing).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet hard deadlines.

Details

• Work schedule: Mon-Fri.
• Location: Remote US.
• May require as-needed travel (0-20%).
• Employment: legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Background check requirement includes drug screening.
