Digital Technical Engineer - Global Asset Management

Overview

Digital Technical Engineer for Global Asset Management, responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting Asset Management capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.

What you'll do

• Configure, implement, and support ServiceNow asset management across the asset lifecycle.
• Support ServiceNow Asset Management modules including HAM, SAM, SaaS license, contract management, and Discovery/CMDB integrations.
• Develop and maintain workflows, Flow Designer automations, integrations, reports, and dashboards.
• Implement and maintain integrations using Integration Hub, REST APIs, MID Server, Discovery, and CMDB.
• Monitor and maintain asset data quality, governance, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Troubleshoot ServiceNow Asset Management technical issues to ensure stability and performance.

What you'll need

• 4–7 years of experience working with ServiceNow or a comparable enterprise service management platform.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with IT Asset Management processes and ServiceNow Asset Management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Understanding of software licensing, asset lifecycle management, and hardware asset processes.
• Technical skills in ServiceNow (HAM, SAM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Integration Hub) and REST APIs/web services.
