Director - Account Management

Overview

Director - Account Management supports the Client Director in ensuring on-time, excellent delivery on the account while managing capabilities and the team.

What you'll do

• Support the Client Director to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs.
• Collaborate across Dentsu and networks to drive business value for clients and Dentsu.
• Manage clients’ communications plans, including timelines and budget.
• Review plans to drive margin and value through innovation and improved ways of working.
• Lead and motivate the internal team to produce best-in-class work.
• Provide accurate plan details and updates to clients.
• Generate new business and build a strong business pipeline.

What you'll need

• Experience supporting client delivery and account execution.
• Knowledge of products and services to drive business value.
• Ability to manage communications plans with timelines and budgets.
• Skill in reviewing plans to improve margin and value via innovation.
• Capability to lead and motivate an internal team.
