Zonal Business Manager – AbSure -Delhi / North

Overview

Zonal Business Manager for Abbott responsible for driving sales growth, managing territory plans and budgets, ensuring demand fulfillment, and leading Territory Business Managers across assigned regions.

What you'll do

• Prepare beat plans for the region and allocate targets and inputs.
• Monitor targets regularly and drive secondary sales.
• Carry out sales management to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets.
• Plan and forecast for the area to support demand fulfillment and inventory optimization.
• Coordinate with CFAs and stockists to maintain stock availability and reduce expiry.
• Train, supervise, review, motivate, and develop TBMs to achieve objectives.
• Ensure promotion and BTL activities are implemented in the assigned territory.

What you'll need

• Graduation as the minimum qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of prior experience in vaccine business.
• At least 2 years experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience handling brand launches and subsequent stages.
• Excellent planning and operational skills.
• Fluency in the local language of the territory; English communication is desirable.
• Good computer knowledge, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email writing).
