Director – Enterprise Transformation Architect, DA-Central, Advisory

Overview

Lead enterprise transformation architecture and strategic advisory engagements across business and technology, working with senior client stakeholders to define transformation visions, operating models, business cases and executable roadmaps.

What you'll do

• Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, COOs, CEOs and business leaders.
• Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives involving cloud, data, AI, platforms and application modernization.
• Define future-state enterprise architecture visions aligned to business outcomes.
• Develop transformation strategies, investment roadmaps and target operating models.
• Build compelling business cases including ROI, TCO, cost optimization and value realization frameworks.
• Lead solutioning and proposal development for large and complex transformation opportunities.
• Shape end-to-end transformation solutions spanning consulting, architecture, cloud, data, AI and managed services.
• Lead RFP, RFI and strategic proposal responses.
• Participate in executive client meetings, discovery workshops and strategic pursuits.
• Establish trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Drive long-term client engagement and account expansion.
• Lead architecture strategy across business, application, data, cloud and technology domains.
• Design cloud transformation strategies and hybrid-cloud architectures.
• Define enterprise data architecture, governance and analytics frameworks.
• Advise clients on AI-first transformation strategies and enterprise AI adoption.
• Architect enterprise-scale AI, GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Contribute to development of methodologies, frameworks, accelerators and intellectual property.
• Mentor architects, consultants and emerging leaders.

What you'll need

• 10 - 15 years of consulting, enterprise architecture, technology transformation or strategic advisory experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated success engaging executive stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions.
• Strong background in enterprise architecture and technology strategy.
• Experience shaping and winning complex transformation opportunities.
• Strong commercial awareness and growth mindset.
• Enterprise architect skills.
• Bachelor of Engineering degree.
• Enterprise Business Architecture.

Nice to have

• Experience within Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Capital Markets, Wealth Management or FinTech environments.
