Overview

What you'll do

• Own and grow a portfolio of high-impact accounts with clear revenue and growth accountability
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client and agency stakeholders, shaping long-term advertising strategies
• Lead annual planning, quarterly business reviews, and strategic upsell conversations
• Identify emerging opportunities across formats, platforms, and performance solutions within the digital ecosystem
• Partner with internal leadership, product, analytics, and execution teams to deliver high-quality, insight-led solutions
• Maintain strong pipeline visibility, forecasts, and risk mitigation plans
• Represent client needs internally and influence roadmap, solutions, and prioritisation

What you'll need

• Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including media strategy, branding and performance marketing, and ad tech
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect business objectives to advertising solutions
• Proven senior stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Confident presenter with the ability to influence and close complex deals
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving outcomes in a growth-oriented environment

Nice to have

• 10+ years of experience in digital ad sales, media sales, or agency-facing roles
• Track record of managing large accounts and delivering sustained revenue growth
• Experience working closely with agencies and senior brand decision-makers
• Familiarity with ad tech platforms, reporting tools, and campaign optimisation frameworks
