Director, Human Resources

Overview

Director, Human Resources to lead the HR function for India operations in Bangalore, serving as a strategic business partner and hands-on execution leader.

What you'll do

• Serve as a strategic HR business partner to India business leadership and executive management.
• Provide counsel on organizational strategy, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Indian labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain POSH compliance, including policy implementation, awareness training, and complaint resolution.
• Lead compensation and benefits strategy, including benchmarking and annual compensation review cycles.
• Oversee regional recruitment strategy, pipeline management, and recruitment processes.
• Handle escalated employee relations issues, investigations, and corrective action plans.

What you'll need

• Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• At least 3 years in an HR management or director-level role.
• Deep knowledge of Indian labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated experience with POSH implementation and employee relations in the Indian context.
• Experience with compensation and benefits strategy, benchmarking, and planning.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR analytics.
