Dynamics 365 Developer with Marketing – L91

Overview

Design, develop, and implement scalable Dynamics 365 CRM solutions focused on Customer Service Workspace (Contact Center) and Customer Insights – Journeys.

What you'll do

• Deliver end-to-end implementation and configuration of Dynamics 365 Customer Service Workspace for Contact Center.
• Configure session templates, app tabs, and agent scripts for guided agent experiences.
• Develop and deploy plugins, custom workflows, and web resources using C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Build Customer Insights – Journeys solutions for real-time marketing and event-driven customer journeys.
• Configure omnichannel for voice, chat, SMS, and social channels using Channel Integration Framework (CIF).
• Integrate external systems using Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, or REST APIs.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365.
• 5–8 years of overall experience.
• End-to-end implementation and configuration of Dynamics 365 Customer Service Workspace and Contact Center.
• Hands-on skills in C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience configuring and developing with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys (real-time journeys, segments, and email/SMS providers).
• Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or MCA.
