Principal Technical Consultant - Full Stack (.NET + React) , AEC

Overview

Technical Consultant in Autodesk Enterprise Customer Success to assess customer Autodesk customization needs and deliver tailored, configured solutions for AEC or D&M domains.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with customers to assess Autodesk product customization and configuration scope.
• Analyze business requirements and design, develop, customize, configure, and integrate scalable solutions across Autodesk products.
• Develop written specifications capturing business requirements and proposed solution configurations.
• Design system architecture, document implementation plans, and create detailed system designs.
• Drive technical design reviews, establish engineering best practices, and mentor engineers.
• Identify business requirements for functional design, workflow mapping, testing, and training needs.
• Lead customer training and adoption initiatives.

What you'll need

• 4-year bachelor's degree in civil/mechanical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience with .NET full-stack application development.
• Hands-on experience customizing, configuring, and integrating Autodesk products using Autodesk APIs/SDKs/extensibility frameworks.
• Strong web app development skills with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and React.
• Scalable backend skills using ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, dependency injection, async programming, and design patterns.
• Experience designing/developing/consuming REST APIs/Web APIs with ASP.NET/.NET Core and integrating Autodesk product APIs and cloud services.
• Database schema design and SQL Server query experience, plus experience with NoSQL/SQL Server/Graph DB.
