Early Talent Recruiter

Overview

Own university and early-career recruiting for a site as an Early Talent Recruiter, building the talent pipeline end to end.

What you'll do

• Lead university and early-career recruiting from first outreach through accepted offers.
• Decide school focus, raise funnel quality, and build the recruiting motion for teams.
• Manage internship, co-op, and new-grad hiring end to end from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to influence decisions, calibrate the hiring bar, and make choices when seats are limited.
• Use funnel data to connect applications, conversions, offer acceptance, and candidate experience to decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, faculty, and campus stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Have owned a full campus recruiting cycle (school selection through closing).
• Work with funnel data, including applications, conversions, offer acceptance, and candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers and challenge assumptions while maintaining a clear hiring bar.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with candidates across high-volume seasons.
