Overview
IRR Regulatory Reporting role focused on implementing regulatory/reporting system changes and ensuring high-quality regulatory data and controls.
What you'll do
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders to implement system and regulatory changes.
- Explain and apply external/regulatory reporting concepts including IFRS, FinRep, and GSIB.
- Understand, plan, and deliver change initiatives for new reporting requirements with stakeholders.
- Provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders across business, Risk, and Finance, including transformation contexts.
- Support continuous enhancement, maintenance, and testing of management action and restructuring processes.
- Assess operational risks in processes considering regulatory requirements, restructures, and new technology; drive change and contingency planning.
- Ensure compliance with Global Finance, Internal Control, and Objectives and contribute to process/control implementation.
What you'll need
- Experience of 13 to 20 years (as stated in the title).
- In-depth understanding of external/regulatory reportings such as IFRS, FinRep, and GSIB.
- Ownership and responsibility for the quality of reported data.
- Collaboration with stakeholders including Product control, ALCM team, and Regulatory Policy.
- Ability to ensure completeness, accuracy, and credibility of management actions data.
- Capability to ensure outputs meet accepted regulatory policy and standards with robust control procedures.
- Continually assess operational risks and drive process improvement and query resolution.
