Overview

Associate role in Regulatory, Trade & Holding Reporting Operational Risk Management within the bank’s Chief Risk Office.

What you'll do

• Support implementation and adherence to ORM policies, minimum control standards, and the overall ORM framework for this risk cluster.
• Participate in controls oversight and risk assessments, including RTC framework adherence.
• Contribute to defining, monitoring, and reporting Regulatory, Trade & Holding Reporting risk appetite metrics.
• Support execution of group structured scenario analysis and development of risk appetite metrics.
• Help manage group/divisional risk reporting processes and administer the Group Regulatory Reporting Inventory.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across business divisions and infrastructure functions on risk identification and mitigation.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in corporate banking, risk management, or relevant control functions.
• Understanding of Operational Risk Management principles and practices.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with stakeholders (3 Lines of Defence model mentioned).
• Competency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (office automation skills like VBA Macro/Power Automate mentioned).
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills to summarize topics with clear conclusions and rationale.
• Exposure to global operating environments and international regulatory landscapes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong time management.
