Regulatory, Trade & Holding Reporting - Operational Risk Management, AVP

Overview

AVP role in the Operational Risk Management team for Regulatory, Trade & Holding Reporting risk. You will support implementation and ongoing management of the ORM framework within this risk cluster.

What you'll do

• Support implementation and adherence to ORM policies, minimum control standards, and the ORM framework for this risk area.
• Participate in monitoring, risk assessments, and RTC framework adherence for Regulatory, Trade & Holding Reporting.
• Contribute to definition, monitoring, and reporting of Regulatory, Trade & Holding Reporting group risk appetite and related metrics.
• Support group regulatory reporting processes, including administration of the Group Regulatory Reporting Inventory and execution of risk/control assessments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across business divisions and infrastructure functions to reinforce identification, mitigation, and management of reporting risks.
• Provide analytical advisory support to the heads of this risk area and act as a working-level point of contact for policy and audit-related matters.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of experience in corporate banking, risk management, or other relevant control functions.
• Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Business, or related field preferred).
• Understanding of Operational Risk Management principles and practices.
• Experience with stakeholder relationship management within the 3 Lines of Defence model.
• Competency in Microsoft Office tools including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Office Automation (e.g., VBA Macro, Power Automate).
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills to distill topics into understandable summaries.
