Overview

Senior operations role acting as a liaison between client/IM service teams and subcustodians/depositories to ensure proper settlement of international securities and cash transactions.

What you'll do

• Ensure proper settlement of security and cash transactions.
• Provide support and control for various financial markets.
• Provide training and share guidance with less experienced colleagues.
• Coordinate/demonstrate requested materials/process for internal/external audits.
• Assist managers by prioritizing workload and ensuring daily tasks are completed.
• Process and resolve complex operational issues and support time-critical settlement activities.
• Collect and analyze data related to key process and quality metrics.

What you'll need

• 4-6 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably with asset/cash servicing exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
• Proven attention to detail.
• Excellent ability to multi-task.
• Excellent ability to analyze complex documents and understand financial markets.
• Proven ability to accurately process time-sensitive transactions with significant principal risk.
• Must have excellent prioritization skills and sound independent judgment.
