Manager, India Finance

Overview

Senior Finance Manager for Point72’s India office, partnering with global teams and leading ownership of India-specific statutory and finance operations.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary Finance point of contact for the India office.
• Oversee India-specific statutory requirements and related finance activities.
• Partner with global teams on complex cross-functional initiatives across Technology, Legal, Regulatory Reporting, and Tax.
• Represent Finance locally with regulators, auditors, and external service providers.
• Lead and develop Finance talent in India.
• Collaborate with the Head of India office on strategic scalability and growth initiatives.

What you'll need

• Have 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, market data, or financial operations roles.
• Operate effectively at detailed level across geographies and functions to complete initiatives.
• Experience building, scaling, or leading finance operations in India or global capability centers, including people management.
• Working knowledge of India statutory, regulatory, and compliance requirements including TDS, GST, and transfer pricing.
• Clear, concise communication skills to represent Finance in a global firm.
• CA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders.
