EIC Apprentice

Overview

An apprenticeship within the Project Development Services team that gives fresh graduates hands-on exposure to project development and execution in commercial real estate, working closely with experienced professionals. The role is advertised as a Data Analyst (Fresher) position.

What you'll do

• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from various sources.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
• Develop Excel-based reports, trackers, MIS, and analytical summaries.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and key business insights.
• Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings and business updates.
• Support senior team members with data analysis and reporting requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reports and dashboards.
• Maintain and update existing dashboards and reporting formats.
• Assist in automating and improving recurring reports and data processes.
• Work with different teams to understand their reporting and analytical requirements.
• Present data and insights in a simple, clear, and easy-to-understand manner.

What you'll need

• Completed graduation with a Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
• Fresh graduate (no prior experience required).
• Good practical exposure to Microsoft Excel.
• Good practical exposure to PowerPoint.
• Good practical exposure to Power BI.
• Good practical exposure to data analysis.
• Good practical exposure to dashboard creation.
