EIC Apprentice - Valuations and Advisory

Overview

A 6 month to 1 year apprenticeship in Valuation and Advisory, largely involved in executing valuation assignments, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely, quality deliverables.

What you'll do

• Conduct primary field surveys and interact with local brokers.
• Prepare databases of various real estate asset classes.
• Carry out assigned research topics, including luxury real estate overview in India, real estate AIFs (Category-II), consumption story and its impact on real estate asset classes, manufacturing vs. services sector outlook, warehouse systems and asset class overview, PAN India mega infrastructure projects and their impact on real estate, senior living overview, and PAN India retail industry trends and mall supply.
• Maintain a database of projects, developers and investors.

What you'll need

• Under-graduate in Finance or any other engineering discipline.
• Under-graduate in Marketing, Data Management or Finance.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (essential).
• High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
