EIC Apprentice - Valuations (Mumbai)

Overview

A 6-month to 1-year apprenticeship in the Valuation & Advisory team, largely involved in executing valuation assignments, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and delivering timely, quality outputs.

What you'll do

• Conduct primary field surveys and interact with local brokers.
• Prepare databases of various real estate asset classes.
• Carry out assigned research topics, including luxury real estate overview in India, real estate-based AIFs (Category-II), India's consumption story and its impact on real estate asset classes, manufacturing vs. services sector outlook, warehouse asset class, PAN India mega infrastructure projects, senior living overview, and PAN India retail industry trends and mall supply.
• Maintain a database of projects, developers, investors and similar stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Under-graduate in Finance or any other engineering discipline (may also apply).
• Under-graduate in Marketing, Data Management or Finance (may also apply).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (essential).
• High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
