Electrical Engineer

Overview

Senior Electrical Engineer for the Greenville, SC team, supporting electrical infrastructure design for telecommunications and fiber network facilities.

What you'll do

• Coordinate electrical equipment layouts, service entrances, conduit routing, grounding systems, and utility interconnections with site civil designers.
• Design electrical infrastructure to serve telecommunications and fiber network facilities, including fiber amplification huts.
• Develop three-phase power distribution designs.
• Coordinate electrical service requirements with utility providers.
• Prepare construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes and standards.
• Provide quality control review of design calculations or drawings and participate in interdisciplinary design reviews.

What you'll need

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering and six (6) years of professional electrical engineering design experience.
• Experience with Revit and/or AutoCAD for building design.
• U.S. Citizenship required for the role.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Pass a Motor Vehicle Records review as a condition of employment.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred.

• Location: Greenville, SC, United States.
• Projects throughout the U.S.; role can be worked remotely.
• Occasional travel to sites or the office (approximately 5%).
• Senior technical resource may serve as a technical advisor for the team.
