Electrical Engineer – Consulting role in Mumbai, providing power system consulting and engineering support to global clients using electrical engineering software.

What you'll do

• Provide electrical power system consulting and engineering support services to clients worldwide.
• Perform power system analysis such as load flow, short circuit, motor start, and transient stability studies.
• Design and review electrical systems including power distribution, industrial control, and renewable energy systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical tripping, site incidents, failures, and provide technical support.
• Deliver training, helpdesk support, and technical support to customers.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and workshop materials based on project requirements.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2-4+ years of working experience in a similar industry or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in fundamental principles of electrical engineering.
• Knowledge/exposure to FACT devices such as SVC, STATCOM, and active filters.
• Knowledge/exposure to on-grid interconnected battery and energy storage system and grid-integrated renewables/inverters.
• Experience using PSCAD/ETAP software or similar software for power system studies.
