Overview

Engineer I: AI Engineer role focused on designing, building, and scaling production-grade enterprise AI capabilities.

What you'll do

• Design, build, test, and deploy production-grade AI applications and services.
• Develop LLM-powered applications, intelligent agents, and agentic workflows.
• Build and improve retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
• Integrate AI applications with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Implement tool calling and multi-step workflows that enable complex tasks.
• Develop evaluation methods for accuracy, relevance, groundedness, reliability, latency, and user experience.
• Identify and mitigate hallucinations and retrieval failures.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline.
• Experience programming in Python.
• Understanding of software engineering fundamentals including data structures, APIs, testing, OOP, and version control.
• Foundational understanding of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and generative AI concepts.
• Experience with Git or similar version-control technologies.
