AI Engineer - United States

Overview

Remote AI Engineer role focused on building and deploying LLM- and agentic AI systems, including RAG pipelines and full-stack product work.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade applications using LLMs.
• Architect and implement multi-step, multi-agent workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines with embeddings, vector databases, and rerankers.
• Use code generation/vibe coding tools to create applications and related tests for integration.
• Lead LLM fine-tuning efforts such as LoRA and QLoRA for domain tasks.
• Own end-to-end implementation from frontend to backend and collaborate with stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• At least 2 years focused on AI/ML development, especially LLMs.
• Strong proficiency in Python and data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Proven experience integrating and working with major LLM APIs (public and private/local).
• At least 1 year of deep practical experience with LangChain and LangGraph for agentic workflows.
• Practical experience using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Microsoft/other AI Copilot tools with safe production integration.
