Engineer II, Tech Lead - Radar Firmware

Overview

As an Embedded Firmware Engineer and Tech Lead, you will take end-to-end ownership of RADAR algorithms, platform integration, system-level software development, and validation for automotive electronics projects.

What you'll do

• Design and understand software and hardware systems for new design development.
• Ensure and test that all functions are working correctly.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware functions.
• Identify and solve issues that may occur during the process.
• Create and update documents to ensure understanding of procedures.
• Collaborate with other groups of engineers and stakeholders to ensure successful design and implementation.
• Maintain and comply with regulations and procedures.
• Translate customer application and system requirements into functional software design requirements.
• Solve challenging problems through software development.
• Analyze existing software and improve processes.

What you'll need

• A university degree required, such as a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with analog and digital circuits.
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong organization, planning, and time management skills to achieve results.
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
