Overview
Engineer for PDE Process Control Systems focused on defining and aligning DL4 process control workflows across sites and improving DL4 systems through automation, analytics, and validation.
What you'll do
- Define global DL4 matrices including turnaround time, overdue matrices, detection compliance, and Statistical Bin Limits (SBL) reactions.
- Ensure all sites adhere to globally aligned DL4 workflows.
- Drive global automation and AI enhancements such as YIT, auto-contain, auto-disposition, and SMAI assisted detection.
- Oversee alignment so DL4 signal behavior is consistent across sites.
- Monitor assembly and test specifications and improve existing DL4 systems via automation systems.
- Perform test coverage/DL4 improvements using lessons learned, Material review boards, and Fail Mode Registers (FMR).
- Review and release test programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance defense line 4 capabilities.
What you'll need
- Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics.
- Experience/know-how in device modelling and simulation using TCAD tools (e.g., Silvaco, Sentaurus) plus compact modelling.
- Proficiency in circuit-level analog analysis and validation using tools such as HSPICE.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze electrical test data rigorously.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis for package and device failures using various data sources.
- Hands-on experience in data analytics, scripting, and statistical modelling (e.g., Python, MATLAB, JMP, SQL).
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams.
