Overview
Plan and coordinate fabrication shop activities, control production operations, and support productivity and quality targets.
What you'll do
- Plan and organize fabrication shop activities.
- Prepare daily work plans and allocate manpower.
- Control production activities to achieve targets.
- Study drawings and prepare operation sequences.
- Monitor manpower and machine productivity.
- Identify materials and maintain fabrication status.
- Maintain daily ISO documentation.
What you'll need
- Fabrication knowledge.
- Welding knowledge.
- Understanding of technical drawings.
- Knowledge of lean management.
