Engineering Manager for a stock trading app, leading a team that builds and scales products used by millions.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage engineers across frontend, backend, and full stack development.
• Own engineering delivery for major product areas to ship quickly with reliability and technical quality.
• Partner with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI teams to turn ambiguous problems into technical execution.
• Drive technical architecture decisions across APIs, databases, integrations, infrastructure, and customer-facing systems.
• Set standards for code quality, system design, testing, observability, security, and production reliability.
• Own production outcomes by monitoring systems, resolving incidents, and preventing repeat issues.

What you'll need

• Strong software engineering background building and shipping production systems.
• Experience leading/managing software engineers and owning engineering delivery.
• Technical depth across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, distributed systems, or cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to make sound architecture and technical trade-offs across speed, scalability, and maintainability.
• Track record from idea through development, launch, and production.
• Strong people leadership for coaching, performance management, and building teams.
• Strong product sense linking engineering decisions to customer and business outcomes.
