Overview

Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team building and scaling products for millions of users, with a focus on quality, delivery speed, and technical architecture.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage engineers across frontend, backend, and full stack development.
• Own engineering delivery for product areas to ship quickly with reliability and technical quality.
• Partner with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI teams to translate ambiguous problems into technical execution.
• Drive architecture and engineering decisions across APIs, databases, integrations, infrastructure, and customer-facing systems.
• Set standards for code quality, system design, testing, observability, security, and production reliability.
• Own production outcomes by monitoring systems, resolving incidents, and preventing recurring issues.

What you'll need

• Strong background in building and shipping real production software systems.
• Experience leading/managing software engineers and owning engineering delivery.
• Strong technical depth across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, distributed systems, or cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to make sound architecture and technical trade-offs across speed, scalability, and maintainability.
• Track record taking systems from idea through development, launch, and production.
• Strong people leadership: coaching engineers and managing performance to build high-performing teams.
