Engineering Services Analyst

Overview

Work as an Engineering Services Analyst supporting Industry X operations and product-centric operations through product data classification, taxonomy and PLM Bills of Materials (BOM) processes.

What you'll do

• Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems.
• Create parts based on classification, project, manufacturing and supplier.
• Prepare Engineering Change Orders (ECO, MCO, Deviation) based on input from Product Engineers and Design Engineers, and work with CCB members to implement them.
• Manage bills of material (BOM), ensuring accurate, complete and consistent data processing into systems.
• Ensure replacement part configuration.
• Validate 2D drawings and documents according to part and change order requirements.
• Process all requests accurately and within target dates (SLAs) and KPIs.
• Resolve BOM queries and discrepancies and ensure correct supplier data, including AML changes.
• Interact with clients through calls and chats and handle requestor queries and emails.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Create Partner domain accounts and Agile access for external users in supplier collaboration.
• Monitor project status and report metrics.
• Create parts, documents, bills of materials (BOM), ECOs, ECRs, deviations, MCOs and EOL in the PLM system.
• Ensure all change orders are documented correctly before processing for CCB approval.
• Update DTP based on process changes and updates received from the client.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Primary skill: PLM Bills of Materials (BOM) - P1.
• Written and verbal communication.
• Good analytical skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Results orientation.

• Daily interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors.
