Enterprise Account Executive (Federal Civilian)

Overview

Enterprise Account Executive for Federal Civilian agencies, owning an AI-native federal go-to-market and named-account sales motion.

What you'll do

• Own the Federal Civilian go-to-market strategy and named-account plan for target agencies.
• Run direct, partner-assisted, and channel-enabled sales motions to close opportunities.
• Build and maintain a measurable, quota-carrying pipeline in CRM and meet quarterly/annual targets.
• Handle government contracting processes including RFIs, RFPs, and GSA Schedule ordering.
• Develop win strategies with Sales and Applied Engineering for competitive and sole-source opportunities.
• Represent Deepgram externally at civilian-agency industry days and conferences.
• Report on sourced/partner-influenced pipeline and closed/won revenue with forecast accuracy.

What you'll need

• Be a U.S. citizen.
• Have 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience.
• Have at least 3 years selling directly to Federal Civilian agencies.
• Have met or exceeded quota in complex, multi-stakeholder federal sales cycles.
• Experience building a federal territory or book of business from early-stage or zero.
• Strong knowledge of how civilian agencies buy and fund deals.
• Daily hands-on use of AI tools and experience building AI-powered automations/workflows.
