Drive enterprise sales for Hightouch as an Account Executive focused on the West Mountain region. Build high-value customer relationships and deliver tailored technology solutions that produce measurable business outcomes.

What you'll do

• Build and manage a pipeline of high-value enterprise accounts.
• Drive outbound prospecting efforts.
• Develop land-and-expand strategies for long-term client relationships.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs.
• Deliver tailored solutions tied to measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

What you'll need

• Significant enterprise sales experience.
• A strong track record in sales.

Details

• Remote within the Mountain Time Zone.
• Annual OTE salary of $300,000–$335,000 with a 50/50 split.
• Meaningful equity compensation is offered.
