Enterprise Sales Specialist - QMS (Life Sciences)

Overview

Enterprise Sales Specialist for Leucine's AI-native QMS platform for life sciences, running full sales cycles on large enterprise deals with pharma quality, QA/QC, compliance and IT leaders.

What you'll do

• Run the full sales cycle, from first call to signed contract, on 6- and 7-figure ACV QMS deals
• Build outbound pipeline into Quality, QA/QC, Compliance, and IT leaders at the world's largest pharma companies
• Work closely with the founders and product team to feed field insights into what is built
• Help hire, ramp, and shape the QMS AE team that follows

What you'll need

• Experience selling complex, technical products into long cycles and buying committees of around 8 people
• Hunter instinct combined with a consultative posture, earning a champion's trust rather than winning on volume
• Most of the team has closed six-figure-plus enterprise deals; the story behind your numbers matters more than the numbers themselves

Nice to have

• Exposure to QMS, compliance, or life sciences software
