Equity Research Analyst (AMC)

Overview

Equity Research Analyst (AMC) providing objective investment research to the fund management team to support informed investment decisions.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain earnings, valuation, and industrial models for the BFSI sector.
• Analyze data to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
• Identify actionable investment ideas.
• Provide timely buy/sell recommendations to help the team create alpha.
• Maintain documentation and continuously cover industry news, trends, and developments.
• Conduct primary research and stay aligned with trends and sentiment in covered sectors and markets.
• Share insights with the team on a timely basis.

What you'll need

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree in finance, economics, or CA.
• In-depth understanding of the sectors covered.
• Knowledge of fundamental analysis, financial modeling, and valuation.
• Ability to understand emerging trends and sectors.
• High ethical integrity.

Nice to have

• CA/FRM/CFA/MBA.
