ERP Domain Architect AI adoption & Emerging Technologies

Overview

Senior ERP Domain Architect role focused on ERP Core, Emerging Technologies, and AI, embedded in Roche’s ERP function within Enterprise Platforms, Infrastructure & Engineering (EPIE).

What you'll do

• Orchestrate the System and Solution Architecture network across ERP Technology sub-domains.
• Bridge execution between operational areas and the central Strategy, Portfolio & Governance (SPG) organization.
• Provide architectural oversight for large, critical ERP technology program delivery.
• Lead local architecture governance and manage high-level solution designs and technology guardrails, including responsible AI integration and data governance patterns.
• Own and maintain core architecture artifacts for the technology areas and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Drive emerging technology and AI adoption strategy and roadmap across SAP and major cloud ecosystems.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience in IT and architecture with a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Deep experience with global ERP technology strategy and implementation, including S/4HANA clean core and BTP.
• Demonstrated mastery as an architect specializing in SAP ERP environments.
• Experience designing high-level solution designs, managing technical debt, and driving modernization in the ERP technology domain.
• Comprehensive proficiency in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Fiori UX and exposure to enterprise middleware and integration technologies.
• Architectural proficiency across enterprise cloud AI offerings combining SAP Business AI with major hyperscaler platforms.
• Strong foundation in TOGAF, LeanIX, and Agile Architecture methodologies.
