Overview
ERP Solution Architect focused on digital product provisioning and usage mediation. You will design and evolve end-to-end solutions across the product lifecycle, aligning with standards and governance.
What you'll do
- Own technical matters for usage mediation (convergent mediation) and digital product provisioning (automatic tenant creation).
- Design solutions that meet product requirements, business priorities, and enterprise standards.
- Manage non-functional requirements and evolve the architecture throughout the product life cycle.
- Define reference architectures, solve complex technical problems, and align with architecture governance.
- Coordinate external vendors by ensuring delivery aligns with standards, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Drive operational excellence via root-cause analysis and escalation for complex production failures.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field.
- Proven experience in at least one main capability: provisioning or usage mediation.
- Good experience with system integration technologies and integration design patterns (MuleSoft and SAP CPI/SAP IS preferred).
- Knowledge of basic integration patterns such as APIs and event-driven approaches.
- Ability to work effectively in a complex integrated system landscape.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with cross-functional collaboration.
