Executive Engineering (CMMS Planner)

Overview

Executive Engineering (CMMS Planner) role at Zydus Takeda Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., a joint venture between Zydus Healthcare Limited and Takeda, responsible for maintenance planning, equipment care and continuous improvement in a cGMP manufacturing environment.

What you'll do

• Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies for equipment based on schedules and availability of clearance and resources.
• Maintain data in the CMMS system pertaining to equipment, systems, functional locations master data, maintenance plans, Bill of Materials (BOM), maintenance schedules and task lists.
• Maintain the spare parts master and ensure required spares are available for maintenance activities.
• Understand simple issues related to maintenance activities and align requirements to continually improve maintenance procedures.
• Stay conversant with statutory regulations for pressure vessels, rotating equipment, and lifting tools and tackles, and schedule periodic tests.

What you'll need

• Knowledge and application of mechanical aspects of equipment maintenance.
• Good understanding of maintenance concepts, scheduling and planning.
• Strong understanding of site EHS systems, permit-to-work, and lockout-tagout practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and pharma cGMP systems.
• Hands-on experience with CMMS / SAP-PM.
• Experience working in a paperless setup.
• Understanding of Agile operating systems such as standard work and 5S implementation.
• Six Sigma concepts.

• Works in shift operations involving hands-on equipment maintenance.
• Interacts with Manufacturing/Production, Quality, Maintenance Lead, Spare Parts Manager, EHS, Finance, Supply chain, and external service providers, AMC agencies and competent persons for testing.
