Overview
Lead software quality assurance and test automation activities for Boeing software products in Bangalore. The role covers test strategy, automated frameworks, API and application testing, defect resolution, and release readiness.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain automated test frameworks and suites.
- Create and execute end-to-end, unit, functional, integration, regression, and performance tests.
- Develop testing utilities and automation solutions to improve coverage.
- Test web services and microservices, including API validation and data integrity.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage defects from logging through retesting and closure.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders on requirements and release readiness.
What you'll need
- 8 or more years of related work experience.
- Experience with Java and JavaScript automated testing frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Cucumber for end-to-end web application testing.
- Experience with JMeter and/or BlazeMeter for microservices performance testing.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and API testing.
- Experience with CI/CD tools including GitLab, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, Artifactory, and SonarQube.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
Nice to have
- 10–12+ years of experience in software testing, test automation, or quality assurance.
- Aerospace, aviation, or MRO experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, MSSQL, Postman, RabbitMQ, and Azure monitoring tools.
- Advanced degree such as a bachelor's or master's degree.

- Relocation within India may be available based on eligibility.
