What you'll do

• Promote the organization as a desirable place to work.
• Attract, recruit, screen, and interview candidates.
• Recommend internal and external candidate placements.
• Refer applicants to appropriate job openings.
• Administer pre-employment tests and check references.
• Conduct exit interviews with candidates who decline offers.
