Facility Executive - Soft Services

Overview

Facility Executive - Soft Services will oversee day-to-day soft services operations to keep facility operations running smoothly and maintain high service-delivery standards for clients.

What you’ll do

• Conduct daily floor walks and workplace inspections to identify operational issues.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, trackers, dashboards, and management updates.
• Maintain records for complaints, service requests, inspections, audits, and vendor performance.
• Oversee housekeeping services and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards across office areas.
• Manage multiple service partners and monitor KPI/SLA compliance and service quality metrics.
• Coordinate preventive and reactive pest control programs and investigate pest-related complaints.

What you’ll need

• Bachelors degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Proven experience in facilities management focused on soft services.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and facilities management software.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in facility management.
• Ability to work flexibly, including after-hours when required.
